Customers are encouraged to migrate to the new Cisco WAE-511 Wide Area Application Engine, introduced along with the Cisco WAE-611 and WAE-7326 models. Information about the replacement products can be found at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/contnetw/index.html.
The new WAE product family uses either Cisco ACNS Software Version 5.3.3 or higher, or Cisco WAFS 3.0.1 Software or higher, to provide higher performance, more flexibility, enhanced scalability, and new features. Information about the Cisco ACNS or WAFS Software products can be found at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/contnetw/index.html.
