Minimum System and Browser Requirements

*   500 MB of free hard disk space 
*   Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or above.  Internet Explorer 8 is recommended.  
*   Mozilla Firefox 19 or above
*   Java Version 7 with update 13 or 17.  See http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to download the appropriate version.  
*   If you are using another later version of Java, you may need to adjust your security settings to medium.  Open your Java     settings (control panel > Java>Security) and set your security level to Medium.

*   Accept all prompts to enable Active X and run Java to use the Table of Contents, Navigation buttons, and Search functions of     the HTML.

To view the HTML documentation with Internet Explorer:

Before you use the HTML documentation you must have Java enabled in your IE browser,  See http://java.com/en/download/help/enable_browser.xml for procedures on testing and enabling Java on your system.

1.  Unzip the file to a folder on your desktop.
  

2.  Double-click the start_here_IE.bat file.  Or you can open the frames.html page with Internet Explorer.(Right-click frames.html and select Open with Internet Explorer.)

Note:  You must accept the Active X content to view the Table of Contents and Search. 

3. If Internet Explorer restricts active content that you are sure you want to allow, click the gold Information bar that appears at the top of the webpage, and then click Allow blocked content.  

4. Double-click on any one of the section titles in the left pane to display the content.

To view the HTML documentation with Firefox:

2.  Double-click the start_here_firefox.bat file.  Or you can open the frames.html page with Firefox.(Right-click frames.html and select Open with Firefox.)

Note:  You must accept the Active X content to view the Table of Contents and Search. 

3. If the browser restricts content that you are sure you want to allow, click  to allow all Java prompts.  

4. Click on any one of the section titles in the left pane to display the content.
