Sets the maximum number
of retries allowed for the HNB-GW to transmit a RANAP RESET message
to the MSC if the RESET ACK timer expires. This setting is used

Ranap Reset Guard Timer
|
The timer that the
HNB-GW starts after receiving a RESET message from the CS core network.
While this timer is running, the HNB-GW discards any new RESET messages
