Problem Symptoms

Using ADSIEDIT the following AD properties were modified on the mailstore to increase the mailbox limit for users:

mDBOverquotalimit 12000000

mDBStorageQuota 10000000

When Cisco Unity subscriber signs in, they will hear "Your inbox is full. You cannot send new messages. Delete some messages now..."

Problem Description and Resolution

Cisco Unity will incorrectly report that a subscriber has exceeded their mailbox quota.

Mail box quota is now properly calculated if the above method is used to modify it's size.
