Problem Symptoms

Outside caller messages are not being delivered when using Unity with Domino R7.

System mailfiles (amis, broadcast, etc.) do not get created after a directory sync.

Problem Description and Resolution

Both problems described are specific to Domino R7.

Messages not being delivered is due to a Domino R7 specific error code that forces Unity to search for mail.box on other cluster mates when the primary mail server is down. Unity was not properly handling this error code. This is resolved by a code change to properly handle the Domino R7 error code.

Mail files not being created is caused by not using the mail7.ntf template. The code has been updated to use the proper mail file template.
