Problem Symptoms
Messages in the MTA folder do not get delivered when the Domino server goes back online.
Problem Description and Resolution
If Unity looses network connectivity to the Domino server, the Domino server is stopped, or when nightly Domino maintenance tasks run, messages in the MTA folder may not get delivered when the Domino server is available again. The problem is due to an error condition that in the MTA delivery mechanism that would prevent messages from being delivered when the mail server came back online. Cisco Unity now properly detects when the Domino server is available and delivers messages in the MTA folder.
