Problem Symptoms

Message time stamps are off by one hour during daylight savings time in southern hemisphere.

For example, assume a Cisco Unity system is physically located in Australia and Australia is currently observing Daylight Savings time. For a subscriber with a time zone setting of "(GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney" listed in the SA, Cisco Unity will adjust the arrival time of messages by GMT +12:00 hours and not the correct value of GMT +11:00 hours.

Problem Description and Resolution

Time zone values and GMT offset now adjusts correctly for southern hemisphere locations observing daylight savings.
