Problem Symptoms

The per user speed control settings are lost.

Problem Description and Resolution

The per user speed control settings can be lost during the call under load if two independent calls enter/exit the same conversation state around the same time.

To address this issue a subscriber's speed setting was saved when they logged into their mailbox and refreshed each time message playback state (TTS or voice mail) is entered/exited and each time the main menu is entered/exited.
