Problem Symptoms

The AvCsMgr.exe process terminates with no warning of problems. Termination of this process will cease all voice mail activities.

Problem Description and Resolution

Heap corruption was found leading to the AvCsMgr.exe process crash and several areas of the code were corrected for proper memory handling.

Note: This Engineering Special also contains the fix from Cisco Unity Engineering Special 48.
