Problem Symptoms

Cisco Unity incorrectly reports a subscriber has exceeded their mailbox quota.

When Cisco Unity subscriber signs in, they will hear "Your inbox is full. You cannot send new messages. Delete some messages now..."

Problem Description and Resolution

The properties mDBOverquotalimit and mDBStorageQuota were not properly being read when modified.

Note THE FOLLOWING PATCH IS REQUIRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENGINEERING SPECIAL 50 WHEN USING ENA LANGUAGE SETTINGS.

A subset of the ENA prompts for the SubMsgCount conversation were incorrectly localized for ENA for both G711 and G729A. It is necessary to install updated prompt files for ENA. Please call TAC to receive these prompt files.
