Note This Engineering Special applies only to Cisco Unity integrated with Domino R7

CSCsb94975 - In a clustered Domino environment, if the primary mail server is taken offline, outside caller messages won't get delivered.

CSCsb95251 - System mailfiles (amis, broadcast, etc.) do not get created after a directory sync.

Problem Description and Resolution

CSCsb94975 - Cisco Unity was not properly handling a Domino R7 specific error code that forces Unity to search for mail.box on other cluster mates when the primary mail server was down.

CSCsb95251 - Cisco Unity was creating mailfiles based on the Domino R6 mail6.ntf template rather than the proper mail7.ntf template used by Domino R7.
