Problem Symptoms

When setting the conversation - Set "double key press" time setting with Advanced Settings Tool, there is a delay introduced in the subscriber sign-in conversation.

Example: "Hello... [pause] You have..."

Problem Description and Resolution

This delay only exists in Unity 4.0(5). The default value for the delay is 250ms. However, if a "double key press" time registry key is present (typically added through the AST) the duration of the delay will match whatever value is set.

This ES will remove the delay except in cases where a single DTMF has already been detected. In the event of a single DTMF, the conversation will perform the pause as before, allowing for the caller to enter a double key press.
