Problem Symptoms
Personal Communications Assistant, Concerto, and the Voice Provisioning Tool can cause database corruption.
Problem Description and Resolution
The Cisco Unity web service API used by each of the above tools connects through the TDS Proxy. The TDS Proxy was not correctly closing connections to Microsoft SQL Server resulting in a growing number of open connections in Microsoft SQL Server.
The TDS Proxy has been updated to properly close connections.
