The change described here affects the playback speed of the message you are listening to. It does not affect the playback speed of other messages.

The key that you press to adjust playback speed will depend on your conversation. Ask your system administrator which keys are assigned to increase and decrease playback speed.

To Change Message Playback Speed

While listening to a message, use the following speed settings:

Press decrease key	Each time you press the key, playback speed decreases by 10% (down to 50% slower)
Press increase key	Each time you press the key, playback speed increases by 10% (up to 100% faster)
