If you configure Cisco Unity Connection for calendar integration with Cisco Unified MeetingPlace, then Cisco Unity Connection users can do these activities by phone:

Join a meeting that is in progress.
•
Hear a list of the participants for a meeting.
•
Send a message to the meeting organizer.
•
Send a message to the meeting participants.
•
Set up reservationless meetings.

If you change the Alias field in a Cisco Unity Connection user account, then the user will not be able to join Cisco WebEx web meetings.
