If you configure Cisco Unity Connection for calendar integration with Cisco Unified MeetingPlace, then Cisco Unity Connection users can do these activities by phone:

•Join a meeting that is in progress.

•Hear a list of the participants for a meeting.

•Send a message to the meeting organizer.

•Send a message to the meeting participants.

•Set up reservationless meetings.

If you change the Alias field in a Cisco Unity Connection user account, then the user will not be able to join Cisco WebEx web meetings.
