Introduction
Cisco Mobile for BlackBerry client software works in conjunction with Cisco Unified Mobility Advantage server software to extend Cisco enterprise communications applications and services to BlackBerry devices. Cisco Mobile for BlackBerry is a Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator application.

A Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance is not required for this deployment. Instead, Cisco Mobile for BlackBerry clients connect through a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with MDS.
