|

Call Forward
|
Forwards all calls to the designated directory number.

Block Outgoing Caller ID
|
Outgoing called ID will be designated as Anonymous.

Call Hold/Resume
|
Places an active call on hold.
|
Requires no configuration, unless you want to use music on hold.
|
Call Waiting
|
Indicates (and allows users to answer) an incoming call that rings while on another call. Displays incoming call information on the phone screen.

Caller ID
|
Displays the telephone number and the name of the caller.

Conference
|
Allows a user to talk simultaneously with multiple parties by calling each participant individually.

Direct transfer
|
Connects two established calls (calls that are on hold or in connected state) into one call and drops the feature initiator from the call. Does not initiate a consultation call and does not put the active call on hold.

Do Not Disturb
|
Allows a user to block incoming calls on the phone with a busy tone. Valid values include:
• User controlled (default): a user can turn DND on and off on the phone.
• Administrator controlled: a user can not turn DND on or off on the phone.

Shared Line
|
Shared line allows a user to have multiple phones that share the same phone number or allows a user to share a phone number with a coworker.

Note For the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7905G/7912G, this feature has limited support—A phone on a shared line will ring even if the other phones on the line are in use, but the phone cannot perform any of the other functions associated with the shared-line feature.
