Cisco Unified Communications Manager License Count Utility
Cisco Unified Communications Manager License Count Utility is a Windows based application that aids administrators to migrate from the Device License Units (DLU) license type to the User Connect License (UCL) license type.
Before you upgrade to a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 9.0, download and run the latest version of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager License Count Utility, a nonintrusive tool that enumerates the available DLUs in the Unified CM cluster and, without changing the state of the system, suggests the corresponding UCLs required.

Video telephony
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 9.0 does not support video IPv6 calls. Video always uses IPv4. Video is disabled for any dual-stack or IPv6 audio device that is associated with Cisco Unified Video Advantage.
Unified CM Release 9.0 supports IPv4 only for video streams. Calls between video endpoints and an application must use IPv4 only for both voice and video media streams. Prior to Unified CM Release 9.0, there was the following exception: Cisco Unified Video Advantage, which uses IPv4 exclusively, could be associated with a dual-stack Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) IP phone, forming a composite endpoint which could, in certain circumstances, use IPv6 for voice and, at the same time, IPv4 for video media streams. In Unified CM Release 9.0 and later releases, this exception will no longer be supported, and video will be disabled whenever a dual-stack IP phone configured in dual-stack or IPv6 only mode is associated with Cisco Unified Video Advantage. IP phones that are associated with Cisco Unified Video Advantage must be reconfigured to use IPv4 only for voice, if they are to continue to support video.
