Reports whether a terminal is UNICODE-capable by returning the supportedEncoding. The value of supportedEncoding may be any of the following constants:

• CiscoTerminal.UNKNOWN_ENCODING
• CiscoTerminal.ASCII_ENCODING
• CiscoTerminal.UCS2UNICODE_ENCODING
• CiscoTerminal.NOT_APPLICABLE

Returns:

An integer value for the supportedEncoding of this terminal
