Introduction

This document describes the ISDN provisioning and troubleshooting for the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch. This document is intended for use by service provider management, system administration, and engineering personnel who are responsible for designing, installing, provisioning, and maintaining networks that use the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch system.

1.0	ISDN PRI was initially introduced.
3.5	ISDN PRI was enhanced to include certain PRI variants (PBX access) and selected PRI supplementary services.
4.1	-UNSUPP tokens were changed to -SUPP. Documentation change (08/25/2003)—Updated Figure 1-1 Removed the line "and in the FACILITY message in the network-to-user direction as an optional IE" from Table 1-1.
4.2	No change.
4.4.0 4.4.1	Added Generic and Info Digit features, revised Network Side and User Side graphics and content, reorganized provisioning content. Added NFAS, and D-channel Backup provisioning and troubleshooting content.
4.5	No change.
