Preface
Purpose
This guide describes the Cisco ME 3800X and ME 3600X switch-specific system messages that you might encounter. For a complete list of Cisco IOS system error messages, see the Cisco IOS Software System Error Messages, Cisco IOS Release 12.2.
This guide does not describe how to install your switch or how to configure software features on your switch. It also does not provide detailed information about commands that have been created or changed for use by the switch. For hardware installation information, see the hardware installation guide and the getting started guide shipped with your switch. For software information, see the software configuration guide and the command reference for this release. For the latest documentation updates, see the release notes for this release.
