This chapter outlines the software requirements that must be fulfilled for the correct operation of the Cisco Transport Manager Equipment Module. All software mentioned in this section must be obtained independently of the Equipment Module.

The software required includes the following:

•Cisco Transport Manager

•ONS switch software (firmware)
