1 Software Management: Image library import from device, baseline, and synchronize not supported.

3 Ensure that the device chassis is either ESR 10005 or ESR 10008 before upgrading to SWIM.
4 CSS11000 series have an archive on the device that stores a copy of the startup and running configuration. When Essentials contacts the device using TFTP, the configurations from the archive get copied into the Essentials database. When using TELNET, configurations from NVRAM/RAM get copied into the Essentials database. You have to ensure that the configurations in the archive and NVRAM/RAM are synchronized.
5 Image import from device feature is not supported because of device limitations.
