In CiscoWorks LMS Portal, you can customize your views by changing the color and layout.
However you cannot customize the Functional View.

Changing Colors
You can change the color of your Views to blue, green, orange, or black using the Color Schemes .
To change the color of the view:
Step 1
Go to CiscoWorks LMS Portal and click the Manage View
icon at the top right corner of the page.
The View Settings Portlet appears.
Step 2
Click the Look and Feel tab.
For more information the View tab, see Adding Views to CiscoWorks LMS Portal.
Step 3
Select the color from Color Schemes tab.
For instance, click the Orange button to display all your views in Orange.
Changing the Columnar Layout
You can organize the portlets into various columnar layouts as required.
You can display the rows and columns in different layouts using the layout option from Add Portlet icon in CiscoWorks LMS Portal.
To change the columnar layout of portlets:
Step 1
Go to CiscoWorks LMS Portal and click the
Add Portlet icon at the top right corner of the page.
A popup window appears. You can change the portlet column layout in this window.
Step 2
Select an option from the Layouts drop-down list as shown in the Figure 5-1.

Step 3
Click Close to close the popup window.
If all portlets are not visible in a single display of the view page, a scroll bar appears allowing you to scroll to the remaining portlets.
After you change the column layout to fit more portlets in a single column, the scrollbar disappears.
The view page is split into regions. The portlets are accommodated into the regions, depending on the layout you select.
The Table 5-1 lists the details of the column layouts.

Displays one portlet in each row. Each portlet occupies the entire width of a row.

Displays two portlets in each row. Each portlet occupies 50% of the row area.

The portlet on the left occupies 30% of the row area and the remaining 70% of the row area is occupied by the portlet on the right.

Displays two portlets in each row.
The portlet on the left occupies 70% of the row area and the remaining 30% of the row area is occupied by the portlet on the right.

3-Columns
|
Displays three portlets in each row.
Depending on the content of the portlet, the portlets shrink or stretch automatically.

1-2-1 Columns
|
Displays one portlet in each row at the top and bottom of the page.
Two portlets in each row are displayed in the middle of the page.

2-2 Columns
|
Displays a combination of the two column layout (30/70 and 70/30).

In the first column you can do the following:
• In the first row, two portlets can be arranged in row wise.
• In the second row, a single portlet can be placed.
• In the third row, two portlets can be arranged.
In the second column, single portlets can be arranged column wise.

Step 4
Drag the portlet into its new location and drop the portlet only when the two arrows on both sides of the portlets appear.
After you change the column layout according to your requirements, you are returned to the view page.
Figure 5-2 shows an example of IPM portlets with a 3 column layout.

Using Page Themes
Using the Themes option you can customize your CiscoWorks LMS Portal page. However, the current version of CiscoWorks LMS Portal supports only the Classic theme.
The next version will include additional themes.
