In CiscoWorks LMS Portal, you can arrange and organize the Portlets in any manner. You can minimize and maximize the size of the portlet and set the refresh time for each portlets.

Changing the Size of a Portlet

You can change the size of the portlet using the minimize and maximize icon that is displayed in the portlet.

Note You can view the Minimize and Maximize icons only when you move the mouse over the top right corner of the portlet.

Minimizing and Maximizing the Portlet Content

You can use minimize and maximize icons to display or hide the contents of a portlet.

To minimize or maximize the portlet content:

Step 1 Go to CiscoWorks LMS Portal and click on a view.

A list of portlets appear.

Step 2 Move the mouse over a portlet to view the icons.

Step 3 Click the Minimize icon to hide and Restore icon to return back to its original size.

Or

Click the Maximize icon to increase the size of the portlet.

Setting Refresh Time for a Portlet

You can configure Refresh time either automatically or manually.

To configure Refresh time:

Step 1 Click the Configuration icon.

Step 2 Either:

•Select the Auto Refresh check box to refresh the portlet automatically.

Or

•Select the minute and hour from the Refresh Every drop-down list to manually set the Refresh time. The items in the portlet get refreshed at the set Refresh time.

Step 3 Click Save to save all the settings.

The portlet with the configuration settings appear.
