1 Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.1(3), 4.2(1), 4.2(3), and 4.3(2)1) do not support SIP phones. Provisioning Manager can only provision SCCP phones for these versions.
2 Provisioning Manager does not support the provisioning of SIP phones for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.0(4) and 5.1(1). These versions do not provide sufficient support to provision SIP phones from an external provisioning tool (Provisioning Manager). For Provisioning Manager to support the provisioning of SIP phones, you must upgrade to a later version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
3 For Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.0.4, only version 5.0.4.2103-1 or greater is supported. For more information on this issue or to get this version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, contact TAC. For information on contacting TAC, see the following: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/general/whatsnew/whatsnew.html.
