1. On the Operations Manager system, open a Command Prompt, and go to CSCOpx/conf/pif/bin.
2. Enter the following command: SetCCMStorePeriods -f <clogNotificationsEnabled 1(for true) or 2(for false)> -u 5 <ccmAddress> <rwCommunity>.
For example, if x.x.x.x is the Cisco CallManager IP address and the community string is public, the command would look like the following:

Note A system might also be reported as Unresponsive if the only link (for example, an interface) to the system goes down.
