4. Cisco Transport Manager Release 5.0 GateWay/CORBA User Guide and Programmer Manual—Describes the CTM GateWay/CORBA Northbound Interface product that is available for CTM R5.0. This document serves as a reference for developers of Operations Support System (OSS) applications that work with the CTM GateWay/CORBA interface.
5. Cisco Transport Manager Release 5.0 Database Schema—(Online and CD only) Describes the database schema that CTM uses to store information in a Structured Query Language (SQL) database such as the Oracle database. This document is designed for users who need to create their own reports without using CTM.
6. Cisco Transport Manager Release 5.0 High Availability Installation Guide—Explains how to install CTM in a high availability (HA) environment.

Note The ONS 15600 SONET must have cards carrying live traffic in order to switch protection. Even a forced switch will be overridden by a failed signal. You cannot perform manual and forced switches on an ONS 15600 using preprovisioned cards. If you try to perform a switch using preprovisioned cards, the NE returns an error, and the protection operation does not switch from Active to Protect. An APS_CLEAR is generated, which can be cleared.
