Supplemental License Agreement for the Cisco Application Networking Manager

IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY:
This Supplemental License Agreement (SLA) contains additional limitations on the license to the Software provided to Customer under the End User License Agreement between Customer and Cisco. Capitalized terms used in this SLA and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the End User License Agreement. To the extent that there is a conflict among any of these terms and conditions applicable to the Software, the terms and conditions in this SLA shall take precedence.
By installing, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this SLA. If Customer does not agree to the terms of this SLA, Customer may not install, download, or otherwise use the Software.
Additional License Restrictions
Cisco Application Networking Manager Software is limited as to the type and number of devices managed, and there are limitations on the number of virtual contexts supported per device in some cases. Software support capability will not be provided for any device which does not have the same or greater number of purchased licenses for virtual contexts.
Back-up Licensed Software
Cisco Application Networking Manager Software offers for sale a license option for the creation and operation of a standby, secondary server in addition to offering Standard Licensed Software. Back-up Licensed Software can be used solely to ensure high availability of the Cisco Application Networking Manager Software as a standby or secondary server. The Back-up Software license is designated by inclusion of "-H" in the product identification and "HA" in the product description.
License restrictions related to Standard Licensed Software apply to Back-up Licensed Software. In addition, Customer may only install and use the Back-up Licensed Software on a secondary server platform to support exactly the same number of devices and virtual contexts supported by the Standard Licensed Software on the primary server platform.
Back-up Licensed Software may not be used in place of Standard Licensed Software. It must be used in a secondary or back-up capacity in combination with paired Standard Licensed Software to provide operational back-up when operational issues with the server hosting the Standard Licensed Software arise. During a calendar year, Back-up Licensed Software can be used as a primary server platform at the same time as the paired Standard Licensed Software server platform for up to a total of 90 days.
Installation and Use
Customer may install and run Standard Licensed Software and Back-up Licensed Software for exactly the number of devices and virtual context licenses purchased by Customer. Customers whose requirements exceed the number of authorized devices or virtual context licenses must purchase and register additional licenses.
Customer may only install and run copies of the Cisco Application Networking Manager Back-up Licensed Software that match the number of device and virtual context licenses run by paired Standard Licensed Software.
Reproduction and Distribution
Customer may not reproduce nor distribute software.
