Explanation    The node which logged this message is running low on memory and the requested operation could not be completed.

Recommended Action    Either reduce the configuration applied on this node or increase it memory.

Explanation    The policy manager bag ops library debug(s) could not be initialized. The is a non-fatal error and should not affect the normal functioning of the system. The only effect of this error will be that the policy manager ui library debugs may not show up .

Explanation    Inplace modification for a given transaction is ongoing. This could happen if during inplace modification producer (policymgr) gets restarted and the client is not aware of it.

Recommended Action    Wait until the current inplace modification is completed before attempting a new one.
