Explanation The fib_mgr process on the node has detected an out of resource condition for the indicated resource. Normal operation cannot resume until routes are deleted and customer does a clear cef on the node.
Recommended Action Run show cef resource command and check which resource(s) are running low on memory. Significant routes will have to be deleted followed by a clear cef on the affected node to resume normal cef operation.

Only route deletes will be handled in this state, which may result in mismatch between RIB/CEF. Traffic loss on certain prefixes can be expected. The CEF will automatically resume normal operation, once the resource utilization returns to normal level
Explanation The fib_mgr process has detected that average utilization for specified resource has risen above a predefined high watermark value, and has enterred resource contrained forwarding mode. In this mode, the cef will only handle route deletes which may potentially freeup some memory. Due to this operational mode, the CEF/RIB will be out of sync. Once routes are deleted and resource utilization level drops to acceptable levels again, cef will come out of this operational mode and resume normal operation.
Recommended Action Run show cef resource command and check which resource(s) are running low on memory. Any action that reduces number of routes for this protocol (results in route delete events to free up resources below predefined level) will eventually result in the cef returning to normal operation after few seconds.
