Improvements

Cisco Systems will introduce enhancements to the online Order Status Tool that will streamline your access to order and returns status information. The Status Tool will have two easy-to-use tabs: Basic Search and Advanced Search. Basic Search will offer options to search for order and return status; Advanced Search will provide reporting functionalities.

Here are some highlights of the improvements:

Status information for orders and returns will be consolidated under a single Basic Search tab with intuitive search options.
Reports will be available under a new Advanced Search tab, and a new Open RMA report will be added.
Several interface enhancements will be included, such as an improved search results page, expand and collapse capability for product line displays, and improved layout of pricing and shipping information.
