Improvements

On August 15, 2005, Cisco Systems will introduce interface improvements to the Invoice Tool to make the tool more intuitive. New field names and data fields will make the tool easier to use.

Highlights of Changes to the Invoice Tool

The following list describes the changes in the Invoice Tool. These modifications will also appear in the e-mail version of invoices.

Invoice field labeled OUR REFERENCE will become REFERENCE NO.
Invoice field labeled SHIPPING/HANDLING will become FREIGHT/DUTY.
FREIGHT/DUTY and TAX column positions will be reversed.
P.O. LINE No. column will be added.
BACK ORD. column will be removed.
