In keeping with our commitment to continually improving your online ordering experience, Cisco Systems will introduce enhancements to the Aged Account Summary Tool and the related dispute management process in August 2005. These enhancements will simplify and streamline the dispute management process.

The Aged Account Summary Tool allows you to view online a summary of account aging information and dispute transactions.
