to the Cisco Status Tool, the online tool that makes it easy to access order status.
The Status tool allows all Cisco Internet commerce customers to monitor real-time
order and returns status with the click of a mouse. You no longer need to call
customer service to determine order status; simply log on to the Cisco Status
Tool. | | Three features

Status Tool has three main features: Order Status, Returns Status, and Status
Reporting. These three features allow you to clearly view where your order or
return sits in the order processing cycle. Intuitive status titles alert you to
orders that are at the booking, building, delivery, and invoicing phases. |
| 1. Order Status | |
In the Cisco Status tool, you can monitor the status of your
Cisco order from the day you submit it to the day it is shipped from the Cisco
manufacturing site to the day it is invoiced and closed. Through one simple query,
you receive a snapshot of your order's up-to-the-minute status information. You
will also be able to see status at the line level, allowing you to understand,
in great detail, current progress on each item on your order. |

order information in an easy-to-read format! Through the Cisco Status tool, you
can access the following real-time data on your order: Order
Level Information: - Order
Status: The status of your entire order
Line
Level Information: - Quantity of Product
Ordered: The quantity of each product ordered.
- Quantity
of Product Shipped: The quantity of each product that has left the Cisco dock.
- Quantity of Product Cancelled: The quantity of
each product that has been cancelled on the order.
- Line
Status: The current status of the product line
- Date
Shipped: The date that the product shipped out
- Shipment
Method: The method by which Cisco shipped your order
Ship
Set Level Information - Original manufacturing
date: The original date that the shipset was scheduled to leave the manufacturing
site.
- Manufacturing site location: The final
location at which the product was manufactured.

Manufactuirng ship date: The actual date that the shipset left the manufacturing
site.
- Tracking numbers: A list of all tracking
numbers pertaining to the shipset
- Carrier:
Company used to deliver the shipment.
- Freight
terms: Freight payment terms agreed upon between your company and Cisco.
- Final
delivery date: Date and time the shipment was delivered to the final location.
- Received by: The name of the person at your company
who received the shipment.

Return Status | | You can also
monitor the status of your RMA return submissions to Cisco through the Cisco Status
Tool. Identify important returns status information such as contacts and addresses,
returned parts, and replacement parts for a specific RMA. Helpful
support information is also displayed for your return, giving you quick, easy
access to the Cisco contact that can provide expert help on your RMA concerns. |

| Run comprehensive reports on the status of
all of your Cisco orders with one click! Through the Status Tool's reporting functionality,
you can generate detailed reports of all of your company's Cisco orders. The delivery
of these reports is flexible - they can be downloaded into multiple formats or

the Cisco Status Tool: - Log into the Networking
Product MarketPlace.
- Enter your Cisco.com
user ID and password.
- In the After You Order
section, Click on the "Check Status" hyperlink.

- Click "Launch the Status Tool" The Status
Tool Application will display (figure 1)
- To
access the status of an order, insert the order identifier and click Submit.
- To access the status of a return, click on the
"Returns Status Search" tab, enter the return identifier and click submit
- To run a report, click on the "Reports"
tab, select a report and a data range and click submit
