デフォルト レポート定義

デフォルト レポート定義

デフォルト レポートを削除した場合は、ここで提供される情報を使用して作り直すことができます。表 B-1 に、レポート ウィザードのページ設定に必要な情報のほとんどを示します。ここでは、デフォルト レポートを作り直すための追加のガイダンスを示します。

レポート ウィザード(1 ページ目)

レポート名を入力して、レポート タイプを選択します。レポート タイプを選択するには、[Select] リンクをポイントして、[General] をポイントしてから、リストからレポート タイプを選択します。

レポート ウィザード(2 ページ目)

1 つ以上のサブレポートを作成します (サブレポート名は、表 B-1 で入力します)。サブレポートごとに選択する必要のある項目は次のとおりです。

[Monitor Type]:表 B-1 に掲載されていないタイプは選択する必要がありません。

[Attributes]:表 B-1 に掲載されていない属性は選択する必要がありません。

[Show]:表 B-1 では、ほとんど、[Show Table Only]、[Show Graph Only]、および [Show Table and Graph] オプションを選択する手順が示されていません。一般に、デフォルト レポートには、表とグラフの両方が表示されます([Show Table and Graph] を選択)。ただし、次のレポートに関しては、表のみが表示されます([Show Table Only] を選択)。

レポート ウィザード(3 ページ目)

3 ページ目には、レポート表示、電子メール、およびスケジュールに関するオプションが表示されます。レポート表示オプションと電子メール オプションは好みの問題です。スケジュール オプションに関しては、表 B-1 に頻度を示します。デフォルト レポートのスケジュール オプションには次を含める必要があります。

[Scheduled](オンデマンドではない)

[Schedule]:フィルタなし

[Sharing]:このレポートを全員で共有します。

[Report Period]:表 B-1 で指定された頻度に合った期間を選択します。

[Daily]:1 日

[Weekly]:直近の 7 日間

[Monthly]:直近の 30 日間

[Reports] タブを選択して、[Create] ボタンをクリックし、レポート ウィザードを起動します。表 B-1 に、レポート ウィザードの全 3 ページで行う主な設定を示します。
