检查L2/L3连接

  1. 用ping检查单播连接。

检查OSPF消息

输入show ip ospf事件历史记录邻接命令为了验证调试信息由OPSF进程传送并且接收。

注意:最新的消息在顶部出现。

故障排除

如果对L2/3连接、配置和OSPF允许的流量的调查没有找到问题并且显示列表的邻居,请开Cisco技术支持中心(TAC) Case。输入这些命令并且把信息供给TAC从两邻居输出:

在初始化(INIT)状态滞留的OSPF邻居

  • 一端阻塞有ACL的Hello数据包。
  • 一端翻译,与网络地址转换(NAT), OSPF Hello。
  • 一端组播功能是残破的(L2)。

完成这些步骤为了调查问题:

  1. 验证IP组播控制飞机工作。

如果对L2/3连接、配置和OSPF允许的流量的调查不找到问题并且显示邻居变为FULL,请开TAC案例。输入这些命令并且把信息供给TAC从两邻居输出:

在双向状态滞留的OSPF邻居

当OSPF邻居在双向状态时,被滞留有时期。此方案是正常在广播网络类型,并且减少相当数量在电线的泛滥。如果所有路由器配置以优先级相等到零,此方案也发生。

注意:只有低端路由器应该配置以优先级零,因此他们不参加指定路由器(DR)选择。

在Exstart /Exchange滞留的OSPF邻居

当OSPF邻居在准备/交换状态时,被滞留有时期。

如果有OSPF邻居的接口的之间MTU不匹配或他们不能互相ping与已配置的MTU的数据包大小由于传输介质,则OSPF邻居在准备/交换状态被滞留。

  • MTU不匹配-在一个路由器的在另一边的交换和EXSTART

    调查提示:

    1. look for不匹配MTU消息。
    2. 跟随序号并且寻找重新传输由于DBD丢弃。
    3. 检查一个意外的DBD序号的收据。

故障排除

如果对L2/3连接、配置和OSPF允许的流量的调查没有找到问题并且显示邻居联机,请开TAC案例。输入这些命令并且把信息供给TAC从两邻居输出:

  • show run
  • Show tech-support ospf

在Loading状态滞留的OSPF邻居

当OSPF邻居在loading状态时,被滞留有时期。

此问题也许导致:

  • 林克状态(LS)请求被做,并且邻居发送一坏数据包或存储器损坏存在。
    • 输入show ip ospf坏命令为了发现坏林克状态广告(LSA)。
    • show log命令表示OSPF-4-BADLSATYPE消息。
    • LS请求被做,并且邻居忽略请求。

如果路由器接收过时,损坏或者未命中LSA, OSPF在loading状态坚持,并且生成OSPF-4-BADLSA错误消息。

输入此命令为了调查:
