Lennon卡(WS-X6608-T1/E1)是使用小型客户机控制协议(SCCP)与Cisco CallManager 3.0呼应的8端口数字网关和数字信号信号处理器(DSP)组群。

在Catalyst 6000 CLI排除故障

首先您必须保证模块在机箱识别,被加电,并且在操作状态。

确保模块识别并且有电源用show env power命令

show port命令可能也用于检查其中每一的状态个卡的单个端口。Status字段变化基于什么类型的端口它是(网关/Conf/MTP)。

排除故障注册问题

遇到的其中一个最常见的问题,检查卡是正在运行的和通过DHCP或手动配置接收其IP地址。

show port命令显示Cisco CallManager IP地址信息。确保IP信息和TFTP IP地址正确。这供应Cisco CallManager的IP地址。如果Lennon失效得到有效DHCP信息, tracy工具可以用于为了确定什么问题是。发出tracy_start mod port命令从Catalyst 6000 CLI。

如果此超时消息继续移动由,则有联系DHCP服务器的问题。首先请检查Lennon端口在正确VLAN。此信息在show port命令。如果DHCP服务器不在VLAN和Lennon端口一样,则请确保适当的IP辅助地址配置转发DHCP请求到DHCP服务器。有在Lennon在VLAN号更改以后陷在此初始状态的devtest的两三个Bug,直到Lennon重置。如果一切正确地,配置当在此状态,重置Lennon。在860重置时候,您失去您的tracy会话。所以,您必须关闭您的激活的会话和通过发出这些命令重新建立新的:

如果没获得配置文件, Lennon端口尝试连接到IP地址和TFTP server一样。可以没关系,除非是在网关需要接收冗余思科Call Managers其列表的集群环境。如果卡没正确地获得其TFTP数据,请检查在Cisco CallManager的TFTP服务并且确保运行。并且,请检查在Cisco CallManager的TFTP trace。

另一个可能的注册问题可以是,如果负载信息不正确或负载文件损坏。如果TFTP server不工作,问题能也发生。在这种情况下, tracy显示TFTP server报告文件没找到:

检查在Lennon的物理层统计信息

最初,可能从作为T1/E1网关配置的Lennon端口得到的唯一的第1层统计信息是通过此命令。因为没有向设备数据链路(FDL)的提供在E1,此选项为T1端口只是可用的。

Tracy调试可能通过运行在PC的‘DickTracy’应用程序和访问在Lennon的HP860主机处理器也进行通过IP会话。如果使用‘DickTracy’应用程序,一旦IP会话建立与860,请使用菜单选项设置成帧器任务ID到16和执行这些命令。
