简介

LAN仿真(LANE)服务质量(QoS)功能提供功能通过创建数据直连虚拟信道连接区分流量多个类(VCC)与希望的QoS参数。当它收到指定优先级的流量时, LAN仿真客户端(LEC)转发在VCC的此流量与匹配QoS参数。

目前, LANE QoS支持未加说明的比特速率加(UBR+) VCC的创建。UBR+ VCC是交换机保证最小信元速率的UBR VCC。如果交换机不能保证速率您为UBR+ VCC指定, LEC恢复对UBR没有MCR保证。

通过使用在lane client命令的qos选项您能启用或禁用根据一个每LEC基本类型的LANE QoS功能。同样仿真LAN (ELAN)能包含支持QOS的和非QOS能够的LEC。

在路由器平台上,业务类别(CoS)值在递交它前分类路由信息包对LANE。LEC确定根据数据包的Cos的VCC。用户配置确定Cos对vcc映射。非IP数据流和桥接流量数据流在UBR+ VCC总是被发送。

在Catalyst 5000系列ATM模块中, LEC创建UBR+ VCC或UBR VCC,但是不是两个。要创建UBR+ VCC, LEC指定远程LEC的ATM地址的QoS参数。
