问题 1

  1. 到Cisco Unity服务器,选择Start > Programs > Unity > Cisco Unity Tools Depot

RESYNC_REQUEST = eRESYNC_REQUEST_HARD_FOR_SWITCH.Possible causes are UTIM 
    "Resynchronize Now" button or UTIM scheduled resynchronization. 

解决方案

为了解决此问题,请执行这些步骤:

  1. Cisco Unity Tools Depot打开UTIM

  2. 点击在Properties 窗口的Integration 选项卡,并且检查将成为Switch IDIntegration ID或者,从Cisco Unity Tools Depot 打开GUSI文件并且检查Switch ID

  3. 点击Start > Program files > Microsoft SQL server > Enterprise Manager

  4. 展开 Microsoft SQL Servers > SQL Server Group > Windows NT > Databases > Unity DB > Tables

  5. 选择 Subscribers, 右键点击 open table > return all rows

  6. 找到受影响的用户并用第二步中UTIM的Integration ID值替换Switch ID值。

perform a resync of all mailusers with UTIM: go to the Properties tab of your 
integration and press the Resynchronize button.
