Cisco vous recommande de prendre connaissance des rubriques suivantes :

Composants utilisés

Connectez par la console

Remarque: Cet article suppose que vous faites connecter un câble console série physique fonctionnel. Vous devriez avoir reçu un avec votre périphérique.

Voici un exemple des configurations que vous devez configurer pour l'accès de console série en mastic.

Remarque: Vous devrez ajuster le port de la transmission (COM) basé sur la façon dont vous avez la console connectée à votre PC.

  1. Allez à la configuration > à la catégorie > à la connexion > à l'interface série et ajustez vos configurations séquentielles comme affiché ici :



  2. Allez à la catégorie > à la session, au type séquentiel choisi comme type de connexion, et au clic ouvert comme affiché ici :

Connectez par l'intermédiaire du SSH

Une alternative plus simple est au SSH dans le périphérique.

  1. Employez l'adresse IP de votre périphérique VCS/Expressway afin d'ajuster vos configurations en mastic suivant les indications de cet exemple :



  2. Avant ou pendant votre session de mastic à votre périphérique, vous devez placer les configurations se connectantes. Afin de faire ainsi, aller à la configuration > à la catégorie > à la session > se connectant et configurer les configurations pour apparier cet exemple (ajustez le chemin de fichier et le nom du fichier pour adapter à votre propres PC et besoins) :



  3. Une fois que connecté et ouvert une session, un écran semblable à celui-ci affiche. Procédure de connexion comme admin comme indiqué ici.



    Attention : Puisque c'est un environnement de travaux pratiques, les alarmes peuvent être ignorées. Si des alarmes sont vues dans un environnement de production, elles devraient être adressées dès que possible.



  4. Introduisez la commande de xstatus et l'appuyez sur entrent :



    Voici le xstatus sorti qui apparaît après que vous appuyiez sur entriez. La sortie mise en rouleau au delà trop rapidement pour visualiser jusqu'à l'extrémité. Tant que se connectant a été configuré plus tôt, ce sera dans le fichier texte.



    Maintenant que vous avez collecté la sortie de la commande de xstatus, vous êtes prêt à collecter la sortie de la commande de xconfig.

  5. Introduisez la commande de xconfig et l'appuyez sur entrent.

VCS et séries x8.2 d'autoroute

Dans la version logicielle de x8.2, le xconfiguration et le xstatus sont maintenant inclus quand un log diagnostique est pris.

  1. Allez à la maintenance > aux diagnostics > se connecter diagnostique.

  2. Sélectionnez le nouveau log de début et puis cessez immédiatement de se connecter.

    Remarque: Cette méthode contient également loggingsnapshot.txt qui des messages de logs en réponse aux activités qui ont lieu sur la gamme VCS ou d'autoroute alors.



    Les archives téléchargées de log diagnostique contiennent ces fichiers :

    • loggingsnapshot.txt - Contient des messages de log en réponse aux activités exercées au cours de la période se connectante.

  • Un câble série incorrect ou défectueux est utilisé. Assurez-vous que vous utilisez le câble qui a été livré avec votre périphérique.

  • Affichage de caractères non identifiable sur l'écran de console. Ceci indique que le débit est placé inexactement. Les débits sont basés sur des multiples de deux, ainsi vous pouvez doubler ou diviser en deux la valeur pendant que nécessaire jusqu'à ce que vous trouviez le paramètre approprié.     • Vous tentez de se connecter par l'intermédiaire du SSH et ne pouvez pas atteindre le périphérique dû aux questions de connexion réseau. Corrigez la question de connexion réseau. Alternativement, le SSH ne pourrait pas être activé pour le périphérique. Web/HTTP/HTTPS dans le périphérique et s'assurent qu'accès de SSH est activé dessous : Services de Configuration>SystemConfiguration>Network.

    • Vous n'avez pas une clé de Rivest-Shamir-Addleman (RSA) caché du périphérique. Typiquement vous êtes incité à recevoir la clé RSA. Soyez sûr de recevoir la clé.

    • Votre procédure de connexion échoue en raison d'un nom d'utilisateur et d'un mot de passe incorrects. Assurez-vous que vous utilisez le nom d'utilisateur et mot de passe correct pour le périphérique.
