Introdução

Este documento descreve como recolher a saída CLI dos xcommands do xconfig e do xstatus da série do server de comunicação de vídeo (VC) e dos dispositivos da série da via expressa tais como o VC-controle, a VC-via expressa, a via expressa-C, e a via expressa-e, que as necessidades do centro de assistência técnica da Cisco (TAC) ocasionalmente de recuperar.

A Cisco recomenda que você tenha conhecimento destes tópicos:

  • Massa de vidraceiro ou software de simulação terminal similar tal como SecureCRT, termo, ou similar Tera.
  • Nome de usuário e senha da conta admin ao dispositivo da série VCS/Expressway.
  • Cabo ou Shell Seguro (ssh) do console serial RJ45-D-Sub9pin permitido no caminho de rede.

Componentes Utilizados

As informações neste documento são baseadas nestas versões de software e hardware:

  • Massa de vidraceiro (visite a página da transferência da massa de vidraceiro a fim obter uma cópia).
  • Um VCS-C que execute a versão 7.2.1 é usado neste exemplo que é aplicável através da versão 8.2.2, que é a versão a mais atrasada atualmente.

Configurar

Conecte pelo console

Nota: Este artigo supõe que você tem um cabo do console funcional do componente serial físico conectado. Você deve ter recebido um com seu dispositivo.

Está aqui um exemplo dos ajustes que você deve configurar para o acesso do console serial na massa de vidraceiro.

Nota: Você precisará de ajustar a porta de uma comunicação (COM) baseada em como você tem o console conectado a seu PC.

  1. Vá à configuração > à categoria > à conexão > à série e ajuste seus ajustes de série como mostrado aqui:



  2. Vá à categoria > à sessão, ao tipo de série seleto como o tipo de conexão, e ao clique aberto como mostrado aqui:

Conecte através do SSH

Uma alternativa mais simples é ao SSH no dispositivo.

  1. Use o endereço IP de Um ou Mais Servidores Cisco ICM NT de seu dispositivo VCS/Expressway a fim ajustar seus ajustes na massa de vidraceiro segundo as indicações deste exemplo:



  2. Antes ou durante de sua sessão da massa de vidraceiro a seu dispositivo, você deve ajustar os ajustes de registro. A fim fazer assim, ir à configuração > à categoria > à sessão > registrando e configurar os ajustes para combinar este exemplo (ajuste o caminho de arquivo e o nome de arquivo para serir seus próprios PC e necessidades):



  3. Uma vez que conectado e entrado, uma tela similar a esta indica. Entre como o admin como indicado aqui.



    Cuidado: Porque este é um ambiente de laboratório, os alarmes podem ser ignorados. Se os alarmes são considerados em um ambiente de produção, devem ser endereçados o mais cedo possível.



  4. Datilografe o comando do xstatus e pressione-o entram:

VC e série x8.2 da via expressa

No software release de x8.2, o xconfiguration e o xstatus são incluídos agora quando um log de diagnóstico é tomado.

  2. Selecione o log novo do começo e então pare-o de imediatamente registrar.

    Nota: Este método igualmente contém loggingsnapshot.txt que mensagens de logs em resposta às atividades que ocorrem nos VC ou na série da via expressa naquele tempo.



    O arquivo transferido do log de diagnóstico contém estes arquivos:

    • loggingsnapshot.txt - Contém mensagens de registro em resposta às atividades executadas durante o período de registro.

    • xconf_dump.txt - Contém informação sobre a configuração do sistema então o registro foi começado.

    • xstat_dump.txt - Contém informação sobre o estado do sistema então o registro foi começado.

    • (se relevante) diagnostic_logging_tcpdump.pcap - Contêm os pacotes capturados durante o período de registro.

Troubleshooting

Estes são os três problemas mais comuns que você pôde encontrar:

  • Um cabo serial incorreto ou defeituoso é usado. Assegure-se de que você use o cabo que veio com seu dispositivo.

  • Indicador de caráteres irreconhecível na tela de console. Isto indica que a taxa de baud está ajustada incorretamente. As taxas de baud são baseadas em múltiplos de dois, assim que você pode dobrar ou partir ao meio o valor como necessário até que você encontre a configuração correta. Nesta instância, a configuração correta deve ser 115,200.

  • Você é incapaz de conectar ao software de simulação terminal. Além das questões de cabeamento, este problema é causado geralmente por uma destas edições:

    • Você tenta conectar através do telnet ou do SSH e deve mudar seu tipo de conexão à série quando você usa uma conexão serial.
