Partner Education Connection (PEC) courses are the primary learning source for Cisco Channel Partners. PEC provides training on products, tools, and solutions.

These web-based modules prepare partners to sell Cisco Unified Communications System solutions. This course covers selling strategies, pricing, and customer testimonials.

Training from Cisco Learning Partners provides a comprehensive set of training resources, from instructor-led courses to remote access labs and e-learning solutions. These companies are the only organizations to employ Certified Cisco Systems Instructors and deliver Cisco authorized and approved content, including product-specific training, technology training, and certification-preparation courses.

This five-day course is intended to be a technical introduction to Unified Communications and converged Internet Protocol (IP) networks. The course presents an incremental approach to designing, deploying and supporting an IP infrastructure for Unified Communications. The range of topics includes network technologies, Virtual LANs, Ethernet, Frame-Relay, MAC Addresses, IP Addresses and TCP/IP. •Advanced Unified Communications for Cisco Account Managers
This course is designed exclusively for Cisco Channel Partners and Account Managers and prepares you for the Advanced Unified Communications for Account Managers exam (646-230 AUCAM), a component of Cisco's Advanced IP Communications Sales Specialist certification track. Achieving this advanced Unified Communications certification, with an emphasis on voice solutions for the enterprise, demonstrates that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assess, recommend, and guide implementation of IP communications solutions tailored to address specific customer needs.
