Install Contact Center Software Components
Once you have your installation plan and preparations in place, perform your system installation by following the guidelines and sequence in Performing Your System Installation :
•See Deployment Models for the general installation sequence for the various components in the different generic deployment models, including Single Site, Multisite Centralized, Multisite Distributed, and Clustering over IP WAN.
