In Unified IP Interactive Voice Response (Unified IP IVR) Releases 4.0, 4.1, 6.0, the Backup and Restore System (BARS) utility is used for backing up and restoring data. Unified IP IVR system Releases 4.5 and 5.0 provide a Backup and Restore application that is embedded with the underlying Cisco Customer Response Solutions platform.
