Personal presence-based identity. With GPS technology in cell phones, users can always be aware of surroundings/friends nearby. Cell phones can track an individual's specific location, I propose linking this info with Google Maps/Mapquest to find restaurants, stores, etc. This technology would enable phone alerts for defined perferences (food, movies, hotels, etc.) in any metro area. As a person moves, alerts come up as they get closer to locations of interest. The phone will also give directions and allow users of social sites to connect with friends (social GPS).
