Long Term Spotlight

Cisco has designed a multi-level service curriculum for our partners. The Fundamental level was designed to help partners with their on boarding experience. This level will provide a partner with the knowledge required to understand the value of selling services, how to sell services and what services are available to sell. The Intermediate level will provide partners with some tools and best practices that they can use to bring their services practice to the next level and increase their service annuity streams.
