Great Place to Work
Cisco once again made the Great Place to Work Institute's list of the World's 25 Best Multinational Workplaces, coming in at No. 9. We qualified for the list because we appeared on 12 national best companies rankings this year in Austria, Brazil, Chile, India, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland and the United States. This is important recognition of our leaders and our collective efforts to differentiate Cisco and make it the place where people can develop and build their careers.

Cisco launched Our People Deal in December 2014 outlining what employees can expect of the company, and what the company expects from them. Our Cisco values reflect who we are, what we believe, and how we behave. They are foundational to our unique culture.
