Rowan Trollope joined Cisco in 2012 and has reinvented Cisco’s collaboration business and made design, simplicity, and exponential improvement the guiding principles of product development. Most recently, Trollope was brought on to the Executive Leadership Team and appointed to lead Cisco’s IoT efforts as the company focuses on helping its customers and partners create value in a highly connected, digital world.

Previously, Rick led Cisco’s Global and Strategic Partner Organization, working closely with Cisco’s global system integrators and technology partners.

Milo Schacher Milo Schacher

Vice President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia Partner Organization

Milo Schacher provides strategic direction for Cisco’s EMEAR Partner Organization. Named Vice President in 2006, he held various senior positions including leading the commercial, marketing, operations, and channels teams. Schacher joined Cisco in 1997, as an Account Manager in charge of Public Sector and later taking on the role of Director Service Provider (EMEAR). He holds a degree in business and engineering from the Oekreal School of Business and Institut für Technische Ausbildung, Zürich.

Vicki Batka Vicki Batka

Managing Director, Partner Organization, Asia Pacific and Japan

Vicki Batka took on the role of Managing Director of the APJ Partner Organization in August 2016, leading a team that collaborates with more than 10,000 partners across the region. Vicki joined Cisco in November 2015 to run the APJ Data Center business. During Vicki’s 30 year career in IT, she has spent 28 years focused on channels and has held senior positions in management, sales and marketing for SAP, VMware, CA Technologies, Adobe, Toshiba and Network Associates.

Danffer Ni Danffer Ni

Senior Director, Partner and Channel Management, Greater China

Danffer Ni has led partner and channel management in China since 2015. His team is responsible for driving the strategy that helps partners grow and develop. Danffer has more than 20 years of technical research and business development experience. He joined Cisco China in 2000. Prior to this, he was Director of Cisco’s Collaboration Architecture and General Manager of Enterprise Network.
