Q: I registered but now need to cancel. What do I need to do?
A: If you are no longer able to attend, please send a cancellation email to the GCAB Program Team so we may cancel your ground transfers, hotel, and meeting registration.
Q: I registered but can't go now. Can I send someone else in my place?
A: This invitation-only meeting is exclusive to you and may not be transferred.
Q: What expenses will Cisco cover?
A: Cisco will cover the room, and tax associated with your hotel accommodations over the program dates (three nights maximum). Incidentals and additional room nights will be at your expense.
Q: Can I arrive before or after the program?
A: If you would like to add additional nights, the Cisco nightly room rate is $282 plus applicable taxes. This rate is offered five days prior to the program and five days afterward, subject to availability. Cisco is unable to guarantee availability and recommends that you book as early as possible.
If you want to stay additional nights not included in the drop-down menus, select the closest dates and put your preferred check-in and check-out dates in the Hotel Request/Extended Hotel Dates box during registration. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Please do not call the hotel directly.
Q: What is the attire?
A: Average temperatures will range from a high of 67°F to a low of 57°F. We advise bringing a light jacket for variant interior temperatures. Jeans are acceptable and encouraged for daytime meetings.
Q: I'm a customer and would like to bring a guest. Is that possible?
A: Because of the exclusive participation of GCAB, you are welcome to bring a guest at your own expense, however, we are unable to extend an invitation to your guest for the meeting and evening activities.
